Jennifer E. Miller, PhD

Dr. Miller is an Assistant Professor at Yale School of Medicine, Founder of Bioethics International (a nonprofit advancing bioethics and patient-centricity in healthcare innovation), and Founder of  the Good Pharma Scorecard (an index that ranks new drugs and pharmaceutical companies on their ethics performance). She is also a member of the World Economic Forum. Prior to joining Yale’s faculty, she was based at NYU School of Medicine, Duke University, and Harvard Law School. Dr. Miller’s current work explores the ethics, patient-centricity, and governance of how drugs, biologics, and health technologies are researched, developed, marketed, priced, and made accessible to patients. She also works on the ethics and governance of big data, AI, blockchains, and machine learning. Learn more.
